Inspired by forms in nature...such as Pig snouts and Beaver teeth

That is not good looking. All that design power and they do this.

That can’t not be satire.

I thought Nissan owned the bucktooth grille theme.

Good lord

I’m surprised they didn’t consider the front plate at all, considering it’s mandatory in Europe. Whole thing looks like an afterthought.

thats what is making me question if this is real. that really fucks up the design

Oof. I mean we knew this was the direction it was heading, but my E92 keeps looking better and better when viewed in comparison with its successors.

Can’t unsee that grill as anything but butt cheeks.

the current generation of m3/4s were received with a lot of criticism by the motoring press. Seeing this, I think history will maybe be kinder to them than we’d initially assumed. BMW isn’t backing down on any of the engineering decisions people didn’t like about the F80/82, as the G will likely be heavier, bigger, turbocharged, faster and less involving. But also, way uglier now too.
E46s and E92s will continue to become more legendary.

I think engineering wise the G is a step up if only because the engines are even more powerful and BMW figured out how to make decent steering again after the F generation was entirely video game-y. But the snoot on the 4 is just ehhhh.

I guess its still possible the G series M3 might look okay? Good point on the steering and engines though. Those components should be improved.
I’ll be really curious to see how it goes with them splitting the line into less powerful RWD M/T versions and more powerful AWD versions.

I would rather have chuck Norris kick my square in the teeth than be caught driving something that U G L Y

You got some body looking buttcheecks

For really-real? Nothing is surprising anymore but that’s got a GMC truck vibe to it.

Eeww
Fuck BMW. They went from being one of my favorite auto brands to one of the least in like 5 years

beaver teeth aside.
The square brake vents is one of the worst trends. it just looks so out of place.

I know the question is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but yes.

Ok, front design aside (and perfectly covered by the other comments), the side profile I quite enjoy. It has a strong E86 vibe which has always been a personal favorite.
